Gosselin Container Terminal, a part of the Gosselin Group

Gosselin Container Terminal is a subsidiary of the world-wide Gosselin Group, a recognized leader in international moving, removals and logistics services.

As a moving and trucking company, the Gosselin Group found itself confronted with ever-increasing road congestion between its facilities and the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam. At the same time it was looking for new ways of putting its green image into practice by using an environmentally acceptable mode of transport.

As a result, Gosselin Container Terminal was founded in 2002 to provide logistics services for containerized shipments. Gosselin Container terminal is organized to focus on these core activities. Since then our inland terminal and barge services have been extensively expanded so that we can offer you a full range of services.

Prijs van de Scheepvaart Award

In November 2006, Gosselin Container Terminal was awarded the prestigious Prijs van de Scheepvaart (Shipping Prize) for actively working to reduce mobility and congestion problems at the Port of Antwerp. The prize was presented by Minister Chris Peeters to the dedicated GCT team whose knowledge and experience made this award possible.

Gosselin Container Terminal was again awarded the Prijs van de Scheepvaart in 2009 for its expanded activities in the local waterway system.

ICBO Membership

Gosselin Container Terminal is a member of the Inland Container Barge Operators (ICBO) - the organization for everyone involved in container barge handling in the port of Antwerp.

ISO 9001: 2008 Certification

Gosselin Container Terminal's quality management system has been approved and certified to meet the ISO 9001: 2008 standards.
